Sorry yay about Christmas. I totally agree about the commercialism. Going to Christmas Eve services really helped me this year and then doing our gift thing the 6th of Jan, Epiphany, when gifts were given by the 3 kings.

I have a very large stash as well. All of us knitters/fiber people seem to be the same that way.

I loved seeing your kitty! I have always had one till May of 13 . Lost the last one at his age of 20. He was just the sweetest. Anyway, yours seems to be a sweetheart as well. Smart and I can tell she loves you a lot.

Enjoyed your podcast. Best to you.

Thank you Sharon. Comet is a good girl and smarter than I give her credit for. We don’t know her true age, but she has been with us for more than 10 years now.

Yarn, fiber, and fabric stash seems to be huge for all of us. I just am tired of moving it from home to home. I never thought I’d start to live a nomadic life….

Christmas is hard for me in so many ways. It isn’t just the commercialism of it. Maybe someday I’ll get my faith back. Until then, I just give gifts to the younglings and try to not let the commercialism get to me.
